Privacy and member control

The Circle collects your name, verified account email and application answers to review your membership and arrange a conversation. Your application is available to the Circle owner, and is never part of the member directory.

Sign in is provided by ChatGPT. Your Circle membership does not grant other members access to your ChatGPT conversations.

If accepted, you may create a member card. You select which fields, including your photo and contact details, are shared with other accepted members. Your card stays private until you approve and publish it. You can edit it or remove it from the directory at any time.

Applications and profiles are stored using the website’s hosted database and image storage. Information is kept while needed for membership review or your ongoing membership. Ask the Circle organiser through the channel where you were invited to correct or delete your application, profile or account.

Members should respect each other’s confidence and must not copy or redistribute directory information outside the Circle.
